any of the Articles of this Agreement, or all or any of the duties required of him or all or any of the orders or directions of the Government or its representatives or shall en any manne misconduct himself or shall correspond verbally or otherwi directy or indirectly in or about the affairs of the Public Works Department with any person not in the employmen of the Government and otherwise unconnected with

working of the Bublic Works Department as recognized by the Government or shall publish directly or indirectly any document or information of any kind whatever affecting the Bublic Works Department it shall be lawful for the Government to declare the employment of the perom engaged under this Agreement to be at an end and thereupon his engagement shall cease and this Agreement shall not have any further prospective operation or force and all rights and benefits reserved to him shall cease but without prejudice to the enforcement of existing claims.

The person engaged agrees to make no claim upon the Government or on the Crower Agents for the Colonies in respect of the fluctuations in the value of the dollar.

The said Crown Agents for the Colonies shall not be personally liable for anything contained in this Agreement.
